    Safety Precautions Important Safety Precautions General Precautions  Never place the printer on a slanted or unstable stand or table. If the printer is dropped or slides off, this could cause personal injury.  Never locate the printer near a water faucet or in any other location where it will be exposed to water.

    Safety Precautions  Never pull on the power cord to unplug the cord from the power supply. Always grip the plug to remove it from the power supply.  If the printer will not be used for a long period, disconnect the power cord from the power source.
