After installing the SmartThings app, Samsung SMART READY appliance is not
connected to the app.
Connect the Samsung SMART READY appliance to a wireless router before using the app.
The SSID connection to the product is not made immediately.
If the connection is lost when the product is in AP mode, disable the "Smart network switch"
function on your smart phone and try again.
The product is not connected to a wireless router.
Make sure that the SSID (name) of the wireless router is a combination of English and numeric
characters. When the SSID contains any special characters, change its name.
