CONSOLE GUIDE INSTALLATION The Synergy Air Console will need to be installed on the console mount using the screws that came with the console package Once installed correctly on the mount, install the 3 AA batteries (not included) into the back of the console.

Depending on what Synergy Air equipment you use, the Power will update with every pedal revolution, every half step cycle or ever paddle stroke, providing the constant feedback.

The Exercise Time Display provides information about the length of exercise time, the length of the interval remaining and equally the length of the rest time remaining. If no intervals have been programmed the default mode will show total Exercise Time. AV.

For the heart rate to be displayed, the user needs to use the HR belt equipped with the product.

Custom Time Programming Press TIME Use arrows to set EXERCISE TIME Press ENTER when satisfied Press START Custom Calorie Programming Press Arrow Up Press ENTER Use arrows to set CALORIES Target Press ENTER when satisfied Press START Intervals work and rest can be programmed from 5 seconds up to 98 hours and 59 seconds.

If there is no movement registered the console will shut down 20 sec into the REST time. Once intervals are completed press STOP and review the number of INTERVALS, AVG POWER and total CALORIES from the EXERCISE. Notes; After pressing ENTER and want to change the EXERCISE time, press ENTER again and set up with desired EXERCISE time.
