480i, 480P, 1080i and 720P (576I and 576P PAL Version) formats are all compatible with this unit (via an external DTV decoder, not provided). De-interlacing with 3:2 Pull-down Using Runco's proprietary De-interlacing technology, this projector provides exceptional scaling and film to video (3:2 pulldown) conversion for the most artifact-free images possible. PIP function Picture in picture functions allow you to display two inputs on the screen at the same time.

4. Basic Operation Turning on the Power The Power LED lights orange when power is applied and the power switch is turned on. Press and hold the ON key on the remote control for ONE second to turn on the unit. The POWER LED will blink orange during warm up period, then light solid green.

5. TINT: Adjust color tones (0 ~ 30). The higher the setting, the picture becomes greenish. The lower the setting, the picture becomes purplish. 6. COLOR TEMP.: Adjust the color temperature. 0 : The default color temperature of lamp. 1 : Low color temperature (6500°K). Make the white color reddish. 2 : Middle color temperature (9000°K).

2. ASPECT: There are four aspect ratios available that can be selected for video signal inputs. The aspect ratios will be created differently for 16:9 screens and 4:3 screens as described below: 16:9 Screens: ANAMORPHIC: The image is compressed vertically, but anamorphic software will appear properly proportioned.

5. LAMP HOURS: This displays the number of hours the lamp has been used (the useable lifetime of the lamp is 1500 hours). If the lamp hours exceed 1500, a warning message will be displayed on screen; when this happens, contact your Runco dealer for a new lamp.
