    Connect to PC Connect the speakerphone to your computer using a micro USB cable and use the speakerphone to play music or call audio. Connect the USB cable from the USB port on the speakerphone to the USB port on your computer. Set the speakerphone as your default audio device in your computer's system settings.

    Daily Use Power When the device boots up, the Status Indicator will illuminate solid white for 2-3 seconds to complete boot-up. Then power-on tone will play, volume buttons illuminate and Status Indicator will turn off, signifying that the device is ready to use. Give the power button a short press to power on the device.

    Pair with a Bluetooth device Press and hold the Bluetooth button for 2 seconds. The indicator light flashes blue when in pairing mode. On your device, enable Bluetooth and select PLT P7200 from the list of devices. When the devices are paired successfully, the speakerphone will play a tone and the indicator light will turn solid blue, momentarily.

    Charge Charging the speakerphone can take 3 to 6 hours, depending on the battery level and charging method. Do one of the following: Connect the micro USB cable from the USB port on the speakerphone to the USB port on your computer.

    Switch between paired devices The speakerphone can pair up to 10 devices and connect with up to two devices. However, the speakerphone can only transmit audio for one device at a time. To switch between devices, do one of the following: Turn off Bluetooth on one of the connected devices.

  • Page 9: Clear Stored Bluetooth Devices

    Clear stored Bluetooth devices The speakerphone can remember up to 10 paired devices. Clear the Bluetooth cache to remove any data from your device stored on the speakerphone. Press and hold the Bluetooth and volume down (-) buttons for five seconds. An audio tone plays and the indicator light flashes blue.
