If your Yealink SIP-T27G does not turn back on after unplugging and replugging it, consider the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Check Power Source – Ensure the power adapter is properly connected and functional. If using Power over Ethernet (PoE), verify that the network switch or injector is supplying power. 2. Use Approved Accessories – The manual recommends using Yealink-approved accessories. A third-party power adapter may not provide the correct voltage. 3. Inspect Cables and Connections – Ensure all cables, including the Ethernet and power cable, are securely connected and undamaged. 4. Try a Different Power Outlet – The issue could be with the power source rather than the phone. 5. Reset the Phone – If possible, try holding the reset button or following the factory reset procedure if the phone shows any signs of power. 6. Check for Hardware Failure – If the phone remains unresponsive, there may be a hardware issue requiring further support or replacement.
If the phone still does not power on, contact your system administrator or Yealink support for assistance.
