If the microphone level is frequently displayed in red, lower the setting in "MIC LEVEL SETTING" such
that the display turns green so that more realistic audio sounds can be recorded.
The estimated recording time of the supplied battery pack is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes during
3D recording (MP4(MVC)) and 1 hour 55 minutes during 2D recording. (p. 32)
Do not remove the battery pack, AC adapter, or SD card when the access lamp is lighted. The recorded
data may become unreadable.
3D Recording Formats

There are 2 types of 3D recording formats. By default, "3D VIDEO REC FORMAT" in the
menu is set to "MP4(MVC)". To change the setting to "AVCHD", refer to the Detailed User
Guide.
AVCHD
MP4(MVC)
Videos recorded in MP4(MVC) format are saved in full high definition and can only be
played back on this unit.
To record 3D images to a disc with a Blu­ray recorder or a computer, set to "AVCHD".
By dubbing videos recorded in AVCHD format to a Blu­ray recorder, the left and right
images will be recorded separately. This allows 3D images to be enjoyed when viewing
with a 3D compatible TV.
Videos recorded in "MP4(MVC)" and "AVCHD" are displayed on the playback index
screen separately.
