    Preface This manual contains service instructions for the HP 52-inch ID5220N lamp driven rear projection television. The maintenance procedures in this manual are intended to help isolate defective parts and replace them in the field or in a Service Depot Environment. The procedures provide instructions for disassembly and troubleshooting to the board level.

As you remove the mask and screen assembly, thread the two speaker wires and the keypad cable through the cabinet and free of the television.
