Air Fryer Cooking Chart (Cont.)
When cooking foods such as fresh potatoes we recommend spraying
the food with an oil mister to give extra crispiness. Do not spray the food
until you are ready to place the Pan in the Housing.
Never add oil or fat to the Pan for shallow or deep frying. This Air Fryer
is designed to cook via convection air. Placing oil into the Pan can cause
splattering of oil into the heating elements and poses a fire risk.
