COURSE 3 (FIREBRICK)
Once the Course 3 block is placed, the Fire Brick and SteepleCrest Cap should be placed as shown below. This will allow you
to tighten up the complete 3rd course (Block, Fire Brick, and SteepleCrest Cap) to ensure a tight fit before moving on to the
4th Course. It is recommended to lay all SteepleCrest Cap and Fire Brick to ensure proper placement before applying adhesive.
Follow the diagram below paying close attention to the various sizes of brick. Start by placing the brick in the back left corner,
inside the "U". Once the Fire Brick has been placed, be sure to tighten up the all the edges of the block to remove any gaps /
spaces in the Fire Brick.

Lay the SteepleCrest Cap in front of the Fire Brick as shown below. The overhang on the front of the fireplace should be about
2 inches. Adhesive is required on this course.
