5.13. Description of Electronic Control
A power module, described in the block diagram below, is able to manage one cavity. The main power board is also providing the
lower one and the display board with the power supply.
• An external safety thermostat, named STH, is placed in the appliance: it must always be connected in series with the heaters.
• ANTC temperature sensor is on the main power board: if an over temperature anomaly is detected during ordinary cooking, a
fault must occur and the display must show an error code.
• These two devices must prevent all the oven parts to overtake the maximum allowed temperature (for the electronics the 105°C
threshold), also in case of a cooling fan fault.
• Optionally, one external board can be provided to control the meat probe in the upper cavity.
