Plan
To facilitate the installation process and the best performance at the site, it's important to plan the
system design prior to any permanent installations.
Planning – Step 1. Site Survey
Formal Site Surveys are not required for a QUATRA installation, but some form of site survey is
recommended for best results.
For QUATRA, best practices will identify and document the following items:

SITE SURVEY
PURPOSE
Mapping (can also view site exterior w/Google Earth).
Select systems.
Project size, interior structures/usage such as high
stacked materials, cubicles etc. Suspended or open
ceiling? CU mounting options (ceiling tile, wall, pole,
hanger rod).
Interior RF propagation expectations/hardships.
They know! And they have expectations to meet.
Level and Quality (speed tests, and android apps such
as Network Cell Info Lite). Note on floorplans.
