CHARGING THE PORTABLE POWER CHARGER
1. Connect the micro USB charging cable in the Portable Power Charger's IN port.
Option 1 (See illustration 1):
Connect the USB plug of the charging cable to your computer's USB port or another USB
2.0 compatible port.
Option 2 (See illustration 2):
Connect the USB plug of the charging cable to the USB port of the universal USB AC adapter
(not provided, optional). Plug the AC adapter into a wall socket.
2. The Portable Power Charger's LED indicator turns red to indicate that the battery is being
charged. The charger can be charged in ON or OFF position. Charging time is about 3-4
hours.
3. When the battery is fully charged, the LED indicator turns off. Disconnect the charger. The
Portable Power Charger is now ready for use.
OPERATION OF THE PORTABLE POWER CHARGER (See illustration 3)
Important! The Portable Power Charger must be fully charged before use.
1. Connect the USB plug of the micro USB cable to the 5V OUT port of the Portable Power Charger.
2. Connect the other side of the cable to your device, or use your own USB charging cable
(originally supplied with your device).
3. Connect your device.
4. Turn the Portable Power Charger ON by pressing the button.
5. The LED indicator turns blue, indicating that the Charger is charging your device.
Remarks:
• When the LED indicator turns OFF, the Charger needs to be recharged.
• When the Charger is not in use, it must be turned OFF. This prevents the charger from
discharging.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• The lithium-ion rechargeable battery used in this charging device may present a risk of fire or
chemical burn if mistreated. Do not disassemble, expose to heat above 100° C, or incinerate.
Misusing or incorrectly connecting the charging device may cause electric shock to users and
damage equipment. Read instructions carefully. The charging device may become warm and
may reach 50°C under extended high power operation. During operation, keep the charging
device away from materials that may be affected by these temperatures.

• Do not use in environments where the temperature is 40°C or higher.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• To reduce the risk of electric shock, unplug the charging device from any power source
before attempting any maintenance or clearing.

Do not dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted municipal waste, use separate collection
facilities. Contact your local government for information regarding the collection systems
available. If electrical appliances are disposed of in landfills or dumps, hazardous substances
can leak into the groundwater and get into the food chain, damaging your health and well-
being. When replacing old appliances with new ones, the retailer is legally obligated to take
back your old appliance for disposals at least free of charge.
