Description

The gas heating system comprises the following elements :
• 1 gas pipe burner to heat the ironing cylinder.
• 1 standard gas heating electric plate with the following elements:
- 1 electrode assembly E1 / E2 ,
- 2 safety pressostats B2 and B5
- 1 gas igniter A9
- 1 relay KA90
• 1 electrovalve Y1/Y2 to supply the gas pipe burner.
• 1 thermal fuse F2 to protect the machine against a overheating > 240°C.
• 1 safety thermostat B3 with a manuel reload to protect the machine against
a overheating > 210°C.
• 3 temperature sensor B126, B127 and B128 to adjust the temperature of the ironing
cylinder.
Only on Australia machine:
• 1 Australia gas heating electric plate with the following elements:
- 2 electrodes assembly E1 / E2 and E3,
- 3 safety pressostats B2, B5 et B4,
- 1 gas igniter A13
- 1 fl ame control box A12,
- 6 relays KA10, KA11, KA12, KA13, KA14 and KA15,
• 1 electrovalve Y3/Y4 to supply the gas pipe burner.
The gas pipe burner is mounted inside the ironing cylinder.
The B2 and B5 (B3) pressostat, the A9 (A13) igniter and relays are mounted on the gas heating
electric plate. They are accessible by removing the left side frame of the machine.
The Y1/Y2 (Y3/Y4) electrovalve is mounted on the gas pipe burner. It is accessible by removing
the left side frame of the machine.
The E1/E2 electrode assembly is mounted on the gas pipe burner. It is accessible by removing
the gas pipe burner of the ironing cylinder.
The A12 fl ame control box is mounted in the right casing. It is accessible by removing the right
side frame of the machine.
The B126, B127, B128 temperature sensors, the F2 thermal fuse and the B3 safety thermostat
are mounted in contact with the ironing cylinder on the strips bar. They are accessible by the
front of the machine under the feeding table.
