Push the antenna connector to the CB radio and rotate the antenna connector clockwise until it locks into place.

Operating Your CB Radio Listening to the Weather Band The FCC has allocated channels for use by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Regulatory agencies in other countries have also allocated channels for use by their weather reporting authorities. NOAA and your local weather reporting authority broadcast your local forecast and regional weather information on one or more of these channels.
Understanding Digital Weather Alert The weather service precedes each weather alert with a digitally- a 1050 Hz tone. When your local weather station broadcasts a weather alert signal, the CB radio sounds an alert tone and displays a message showing the alert level. SAME Event Code A (Watch) W (Warning)
