Installing the IP security camera

Hardware installation
In order to carry out the first settings in the IP security
camera, the network cable must be connected to the router.
A wireless connection via WLAN is only available once this
has been set up in the IP security camera using the cable
connection.
Plug the supplied network cable into camera and router as
shown in the illustrations.
The network connection of the IP security camera contains
two control LEDs.
• Yellow indicates that network activity is taking place.
• Green: Indicates that the IP security camera is connected to
a network.
If your router does not contain a port for
connecting the network cable, the IP security
camera can also be set up without a router.
