SWITCHING TRANSMITTER ON AND OFF ▪ The transmitter is controlled using a magnet provided in the case. ▪ Slide the magnet next to the transmitter's mark to switch it on or off. ▪ When starting up, the transmitters flashes orange for about 30 seconds until it finds a GPS signal. - Page 5 MEDIUM RANGE TRANSMISSION ▪ Range up to 5-6 km (depending on environment conditions). ▪ Transmission of all information: position, altitude, and battery state. ▪ During the first 4 hours, the transmitter transmits in medium range every 8 seconds. ▪ After 4 hours of operation, the transmitter transmits in medium range about every minute to spare the battery.

SAVING A POI With your MPS Falcon you can save up to 10 POIs (points of interest), such as, for example, the location of your car when you leave it. Once you arrive at a selected place: ▪ Use keys to select the number to assign to the selected POI (between P0 and P9). -

IMPROVING TRANSMISSION PERFORMANCES IN ALL CASES To get the maximal operating distance between receiver and transmitter, you should optimize the radio transmissions.
