    Football, Cricket, Headlines etc. When your radio is on, Intellitext will only appear for stations that you have been tuned to for a while. While your radio is in standby it will collect updates (from the last station from which you viewed Intellitext) ready for when you next switch on.

    As an alternative to mains power you can use six size ‘C’ alkaline or rechargeable batteries or use the PURE ChargePAK™ C6x rechargeable battery pack. When charge is low the battery icon flashes. Note Always disconnect the radio from mains power supply before fitting or removing a ChargePAK or batteries, your settings will be retained.

    Changes between stereo and mono reception - mono may be clearer for stations with weak signals. Upgrade Upgrade your radio using a PC connected to the USB socket.
