This appliance must be earthed. If the power supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by a Zip Service Provider or a qualified electrician. Do not remove the cover of the appliance under any circumstances without first isolating the appliance from the power supply.
Regular wiping with a soft cloth and mild detergent will retain its appearance. Minimal maintenance is required to keep a Zip Superdry in working order. If the dryer fails to start, check the power supply, if power is ok call a Zip Service Provider.
