5 Place the battery on the back of the
phone (6) and slide it up the body of the
phone until it locks into place (7).

• CHARGE THE BATTERY

1 With your phone on or off, connect
the plug from the charger to the
bottom of the phone.
2 Plug the charger into a standard AC
outlet.
• After a few seconds, the battery indicator
in the display starts to scroll from bottom
to top.
• When the battery is 80% full, the bar on screen stops scrolling and
Battery full appears (if the phone is on). To obtain 100% battery
capacity, charge the battery for another two hours.
Note: Be sure to unplug the phone and charger once charging
is complete.
For best performance, charge the battery 24 hours before initial use of the
phone.
Charging time depends on the charger and battery. For example, charging
time for the BPS-2 battery using the ACP-12 charger is about ?? hours.
