16. Search recordings

There are three ways to search recordings: serial number search, phone number search or
date search.
16.1

To chose the search criteria and play recordings

1. Press to enter. Conversation recording, ICM (Incoming message) and Memo
are displayed on the LCD.

16.1.1 To search for recorded conversations or memos by serial number

1. Press .
2. Using the keypad enter the serial number of the recording you wish to play and press

, that recording will play back.

16.1.2 To search for ICM by serial number

2. Using the keypad enter the serial number of the ICM you wish to play and press
that ICM will play back.

16.1.3 To search for recorded conversations by phone number

1. Press twice.
2. Using the keypad enter the phone number and press
number will play back.

16.1.4 To search for ICM by number

1. Press twice.
2. Using the keypad enter the phone number and press
number will play back.

16.1.5 To search for recorded conversations or memos by date

1. Press three times.
2. Using the keypad enter the date of the messages you wish to play and press
recordings from that date will play back.
