Action to rectify
Remove and re-insert the fi lter, making sure it clicks
into place and fi ts into the fi lter holder completely
• If the problem persists, contact 0845 301 7700
Wait for about 10 minutes and try again
• If the problem persists, contact 0845 301 7700
• Remove and re-insert the lamp

• Unplug and re-connect the device to the
power source
• Press the cold water button

to release the air from the cold water tank

comes out, dispense hot water for 2-3 minutes and
try again.
