Troubleshooting

1. No image is displayed on the screen.
• Ensure that the lens cap is open and your computer is working properly.
• Ensure that the signals are output and input properly. If no wireless or HDMI
signals are input into the projector, refer to the following instructions.
2. No wireless signals are input into the projector.
• Ensure that you have selected wireless signals. See "Initial setup instructions".
• Ensure that the wireless signals are output properly from the computer paired with
the projector.
• Ensure that the computer is placed within 5 m (16.4 ft) from the projector in the
same room, without any obstruction between them.
• Do not place the computer and the projector in the following position horizontally
or vertically, where the wireless signals from the computer and the projector are
sent out away from each other.
3. No HDMI signals are input into the projector.
• Ensure that you have selected HDMI signals. See "Initial setup instructions".
• Ensure that the HDMI cable coming with the projector is intact, and connected to
the computer and the projector correctly and securely.
4. The image is not sharp.
• See "Adjusting the projector screen".
• Ensure that the surface of the lens is clean. Wipe the lens surface gently with a
lens cleaning cloth.
• If there is condensation on the lens, turn off the projector and detach its power
supply. Do not use the projector until the condensation evaporates.
5. The image is distorted and flickering.
• If you have selected HDMI signals, ensure that the HDMI cable is connected to the
computer and the projector correctly and securely.
• Ensure that you set the proper screen resolution on your computer.
6. The colors of the image are not pleasing.
Change the display settings. See "Changing the OSD settings".
