CONFIRMATION OF CONFORMITY:

We confirm that the BYAS Body Lifter complies with the guidelines of the EU regulation 2011/65/EU (Restriction of hazardous substances in
electrical and electronic equipment), 2014/30/EU (electromagnetic compatibility) and 2014/35/EU (low voltage directive) and is thus approved
for sale in the countries of the European Union. By the respective CE markings we declare the free movement of the BYAS devices. We
confirm in addition that also the BYAS special care products comply with the guidelines of the EU regulation 1223/2009 (EU Cosmetics
Regulation), that they have been notified and are thus also approved for sale in the countries of the European Union.
