Syncing Your Data

Data from your Nokia Body is automatically synced, without any action required on your
part. Your weight data is synced with the Health Mate® app within a few minutes after you
weigh in.
• 14 hours after your last weigh-in and then every 14 hours (default behavior)
• Once a night (if the Steps screen is activated)
If you've set up your Nokia Body in Bluetooth, we advise that you weigh in regularly.
