Click in the Printers window.

Select the printer name that you are using from
the printer name box.
Note:
If your printer is not listed, check that it is
correctly connected to the computer and that the
printer is on.

Click Add.

Confirm that your printer's name is added to the
Printers list. Then quit Print & Fax ("Print &
Scan" for Mac OS X 10.7 or later).
Installing the PCL printer driver
(For Windows only)
Epson Universal Print Driver is the universal PCL6
compatible print driver that has the following features:
❏ It supports the basic print functions needed for
business situations.
❏ It supports multiple Epson business printers
besides this printer.
❏ It supports most languages among the print drivers
for this printer.
Note:
It also supports printing in ESC/Page mode.

Download the driver's executable file from the
Epson support website.

Note:
We recommend downloading the latest driver
from the website. However you can also find it on
the software disc that came with the printer.
Access "Driver\Universal".

Double-click the executable file that you
downloaded from the website or that is on the
software disc.

Follow the on-screen instructions for the rest of
the installation.

printer's Properties and Printing Preferences to
customize the printer driver settings.
