The ScaleTrans instruction converts input values from an input range to an output range.

Function
The Scale Trans instruction scales the value of input value SclIn from an input range to an output
range.
The input range is specified with input range lower limit X0 and input range upper limit X1. The output
range is specified with output range lower limit Y0 and output range upper limit Y1.
The value of offset SclOfs is added to the value that was scaled to the output range and the result is
output as output value Out. SclOfs is used, for example, to correct for error in temperature control.
