    Chapter 1 Introduction SkanIt Software SkanIt Software is used to control the Varioskan spectral scanning multimode reader. SkanIt Software provides features needed to define and run a variety of assays and to make comprehensive calculations and reports. A plate template database covers the most common plate formats.
