Android Beam
Use Android Beam to share smaller files, such as browser
pages, YouTube videos, contacts, pictures, etc.
For more information on using Android Beam, see "Android
Beam" on page 146.
Tap and Pay
When NFC is turned on, you can use the Tap and Pay feature
to pay for items just by touching your phone to a reader at a
register.
To manage your Tap and Pay apps:
1. From a Home screen, touch

Tip: Browse Google Play Store for other payment apps.
S Beam
Use S Beam for sending larger files, such as HD videos,
between your phone and another NFC capable device by
touching the devices together (typically back-to-back).

Nearby Devices
Share files with nearby devices using the DLNA (Digital Living
Network Alliance) standard via Wi-Fi.
To share with nearby devices, you must connect to a Wi-Fi
network. The devices you wish to share files with must also
be connected to the same Wi-Fi network and must support
DLNA.
For more information about sharing files with nearby devices,
see "Nearby Devices" on page 147.
Screen Mirroring
Use the Screen Mirroring feature to share media files on your
phone with an HDMI device, such as an HDMI TV.
