play, the IVC control unit either has to be reprogrammed or to be exchanged.

Warning
One or several change tubes are empty.
Hopper empty.
Error in vend statistics memory,

Return signal from vend motor missing af-
ter a selection.
Error
No return signal from the return flap.
Return signal from return flap too long.
No return signal from the cash flap.
Return signal from the cash flap too long. Cash flap open more than 5s or jammed,
displayed in machines without escrow, you have to check configuration.
Machines without vend light gate:
IVC unit has no correct configuration after
change or lost data for Multi.
Machines with vend light gate:
cash pulse longer than 5 sec.
Possible reason and remedy
Fill change tubes or, if no success,
change the coin system.
Either the hopper is empty or the indicator
sensor is defective.
The statistics counters may show wrong
readings. If such messages appear fre-
quently, it indicates that the machine has
been switched on or off during a vending
process. See service program 04,
One or several motors have an open cir-
cuit. Any such commodity compartment is
automatically blocked (by the control
unit), which makes it impossible to buy
from that compartment. The other com-
partments can be used normally.
- There is a possibility that some trays are
not properly inserted. -
Possible reason and remedy
Return flap jammed or contact between
flaps not closed.
Return flap open more than 5s or jam-
med, contact between flaps not opening
after return signal.
Cash flap jammed or contact between
flaps not closed.
contact between flaps not opening after
return signal.
Initialisation of IVC necessary. If fault
code re-appears frequently check battery
voltage for RAM supply (>2,8V) on IVC or
battery has an intermittent contact.
Check light gate and change, if neces-
sary.
