My precision 3620 has a Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1270 v5 @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz with 32 GB of RAM. Can you tell me what microprocessor I can upgrade it to, to legitimately install and run Windows 11 Pro without the unsupported registry bypass I have installed and running on 24h2 now.

The Dell Precision 3620 supports Intel 6th and 7th Gen Core i3, i5, i7, and Intel Xeon E3-1200 v5 processors. Windows 11 requires an Intel 8th Gen or newer processor for official support without using a registry bypass. Since the Precision 3620 does not support 8th Gen Intel processors, there is no officially compatible CPU upgrade that would allow running Windows 11 Pro without a registry bypass.

Is the connector important? ATX_SYS_1. Why **** I asking? Because I decided to customize my PC and buy a video card and power supply Chieftec GPS-500A8 And there is no 8 pin connector to connect
Need help?
