4 .1 .19 Multiply the certified DC Reference Standard 10V output by the value listed in the DC Divider column of
Table 4 . The Calculated Value is referenced in Table 4 . The TI must indicate within the corresponding values listed in
the Limits column of Table 4.

4 .2 RESISTANCE CALIBRATION:
4 .2 .1 Perform ACAL OHMS on the TI before beginning calibration by pressing the TI keys in the following

4 .2 .3 Press TI Offset Comp (S2) switch to ON and add a 1 s settling delay by pressing the TI keys

4 .2 .4 Connect a low thermal short (12 to 14 Gauge solid copper wire) across the TI Input and S2 Sense HI and LO
terminals, allow 5 minutes for stabilization.
4 .2 .5 Set the TI to the 10 SI Range.
4 .2 .6 The TI display must indicate within ±00 .00005 S2.
4.2 .7 Disconnect the low thermal short from the four TI Input terminals.
