Many problems have simple solutions. #1 On/Off Button Will Not Respond 1. Ensure the unit is plugged into a correct voltage and amperage receptacle. Have a certifi ed electrician check the cord wiring has not become dislodged from inside the plug thereby preventing a secure electrical connection.
