    1. Open your web browser on the network computer 2. If necessary, disable the browser’s internet proxy settings. 3. Type in the IP Address of the HP 520wl. If you don’t know the IP address, please see the HP 520wl Unit Installation foldout for information on how to determine the IP address.

    Troubleshooting Common Situations If you encounter difficulty using and/or installing these cards in your Access Point, the error may be related to various causes: The cards are not firmly inserted into the card slot. ■ ■ Client is out of range (too far away from the access point). This prevents the cards from establishing a wireless connection with the client.

    LED Activity The starting point to troubleshoot problems with the card inserted into your Access Point is looking at the LED activity of the card. The following table provides an overview of the various modes of operation and the associated LED activity. It also includes a number of trouble- shooting hints, that may help solve the problem.
