TROUBLESHOOTING

Faults
The engine does not turn when the
starter button is pressed
Engine turns only if the clutch lever is
drawn
Engine turns but does not start.
Engine has too little power
Possible cause
Operating error
The battery is discharged
Fuse 1, 2 or 3 blown
Main fuse burned out
No ground connection present
The vehicle is in gear
The vehicle is in gear and the side
stand is folded out
Operating error
Fuse 3 blown
The plug-in connection of the fuel
hose connection is not connected
Defect in fuel injection system
Throttle opened while starting
Air filter is very dirty
Fuel screen is very dirty
Fuel filter is very dirty
