- Press keys 0 and 6 for the function „End
output" and confirm the entry with the key Q.
If the readout varies, or if the battery voltage is
not achieved:
- Switch off the ignition.
K - Connect test box V.A.G 1598/31 to the wir-
ing loom to the engine control unit ⇒ page
24-12.
- Use the multimeter and adapter cables from
V.A.G 1594 A to measure the supply voltage
between sockets 2+62 of the test box:
- Switch on the ignition.
- Use the multimeter and adapter cables from
V.A.G 1594 A to measure the supply voltage
between sockets 2+3 of the test box:
- Repeat the tests at sockets 1+62 and sock-
ets 1+3.
If the specifications are not achieved:
- Test the cable connections to the micro elec-
trical centre according to the current flow dia-
gram.
