Can't find manual for kitchenaid professional mixer model 4ksm50pwh. The paddle touches the sides and the bottom of the bowl. There are 2 screws behind the bowl location and I don't know how to adjust the bowl for the appropriate height. Can you guide me on this problem and can you tell me where to find the manual??
