The bell (not alarm) on the right hand side of my alarm clock (that doesn’t have a radio on it) won’t turn off and the alarm goes off at about 7am everyday. There is no way of telling how to shut it off.

To turn off the bell (buzzer) on the Mesqool MS-CR1001 alarm clock:

1. Press the "RADIO" button once.
2. Then press the AL1/VOL- button or the AL1/VOL+ button until the buzzer or radio indicator disappears from the display.

This disables the alarm completely.

To turn off the alarm on the Mesqool MS-CR1001, you have three options:

1. Press the RADIO button (8) once – This will stop the alarm, but the alarm function remains activated and will sound again after 24 hours.
2. Press the SLEEP/SNOOZE button (5) – This temporarily turns off the alarm for 9 minutes.
3. Do nothing – If no button is pressed, the alarm will continue sounding and automatically turn off after 1 hour.

Parts of the numbers are not lighting up, I can’t tell if it’s a 4 or 5 or 8 ( these numbers are examples of the problem)
