Customer Privileges
Dear Customer,
Congratulations! We wish you a long and happy association with LLOYD. We would like
you to know your privileges with respect to your washing machine You are entitled to:
1.
a. Repair or replacement of any parts other than rubber and plastic parts free
on charge, for a period of 24 months from the date of Invoice/bill.
b. The defective part(s) shall be replaced with a functionally working equivalent
part(s). The removed part(s) will be LLOYD property.
2.
After sales service is available with in the municipal limits of the city where the
service station/authorised dealer is located.
3.
These privileges are available to the original purchaser only.
4.
In the event the washing machine requires attention at the company's
service centre / authorised dealer under an supervision of company's service
engineer, the purchaser should arrange to deliver the washing machine to the
service centre at his cost.
5.
Company reserves right to change/extend the warranty on the motor, subject to
the customer registering the product purchase details either on the company toll
free nos or on the company website (mentioned on the back cover), within a
stipulated period of 7 days.
REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCT
Company may provide equivalent model in case of replacement under warranty
if same model is not available.
Repair or replacement of any part other that plastic parts and rubber parts is free of charge for a
period of 24 months from the date of the Invoice/Bill.
