Is it okay to insert another type of SIM card when using

the modem?

No. The modem only works with the SIM card provided by your
service provider. It will not work with other SIM cards.
Why do I get a slow connection while I am using 4G?
4G is a shared data service. You may experience slower
connections when several users in the same area are accessing
the 4G service.
What can I do when the modem lost the connection to the
internet?
You can do one of the following solutions:
• Unplug the USB cable from the modem and then plug it into the
modem again.
• Plug the USB cable into another USB port on a Computer.
• Use the supplied shielded USB 2.0 HS (high speed) cable or a
commercial certified USB 2.0 HS cable.
Why won't my Computer recognise my USB devices when
I plug two of them together?
The Computer cannot recognise two devices at the same time.
Connect and disconnect USB device one at a time.
