Fanned Cooking Mode (2000w) In fanned cooking mode, the rear heating element and the fan are active allowing a uniform distribution of heat throughout the oven. As a result, fanned cooking is more rapid than conventional cooking. The temperature is variable between 50° C and 200° C. This mode is ideal for baking and cooking delicate foods - especially cakes that need to rise.
