I can hear the person I'm calling but they can't hear me talking back to them. I tried pressing the mute button and nothing changes.

The microphone on the Jabra Evolve 75 may not be working due to a hardware failure. The user reported hearing crackling sounds when lowering the mic arm, and over time, the mic stopped picking up audio. Although the headset announces "Muted" or "Unmuted," no sound is transmitted to the computer. The issue persists across different connections (Jabra dongle and Bluetooth), and firmware and audio settings have been verified. This suggests a physical problem with the microphone or its connection within the headset.
