Replacement face seal, cloth/vinyl covering that snaps on the face shield
To replace the face seal on the TREND AIRSHIELD PRO:
1. Starting from the center of the visor, pop up the studs on the face seal and release it from the front of the helmet.
2. Hold the neck of the fitted air filter, push firmly toward the sealing face to release from the securing tabs, and lift the filter upwards to remove. Discard appropriately.
3. Unfasten the crown strap on the headband and release the elastic loops on each side.
4. Pull the face seal over the headband knob and remove it from the respirator.
5. Tuck the edge strip of the new face seal under the headband, secure and close the tape of the respirator.
6. Slip the elastic loops over the headband knob and secure them to the visor pop studs.
Face seals should be stored out of direct sunlight and replaced at least every 5 years.
