Poor print quality on the Epson L385 series, such as faded images and incorrect ink application, may be caused by several factors:

1. Incorrect Ink Bottles – Using ink bottles that do not match the correct part code for the printer can lead to poor print quality.
2. Expired Ink – Ink should be used before the date printed on the package to ensure proper application and consistency.
3. Print Head Issues – A clogged or misaligned print head can cause faded prints or incorrect ink application.
4. Ink Tubes – Ink inside the ink tubes may need to be replaced if the flow is obstructed.
5. Paper Issues – Using curled or improperly loaded paper can cause smears and uneven ink distribution.
6. Printing Settings – Incorrect settings, such as enabling "Mirror Image" unintentionally, may affect print appearance.

To improve print quality, check the ink type and expiration date, clean or align the print head, verify paper condition and loading, and adjust printing settings as needed.
