Enters the load cell's sensitivity for the selected cell (
-01 = load cell A
-02 = load cell B
-03 = load cell C
-04 = load cell D

Determines the excitation applied to the load cells.
Nominally this value is 10 V. However, a measurement of the voltage at the load cell provides
the most accurate entry.
