Newly developed 61-point AF sensor

In order to achieve even higher performance AF than the
EOS-1D X, a newly developed AF sensor is included on
the EOS-1D X Mark II. There's added vertical AF coverage
in the frame, for freedom of composition, and the large
number of cross-type AF points achieves great tracking
performance. And as a result of two-line AF sensors in a
zigzag pattern, tracking performance is improved for low
contrast subjects as well. In addition to all AF points
supporting f/8 AF, basic
performance is improved
so the center AF points
expand to low-intensity
limit EV - 3.
