Password lost - what to do?
If you have forgotten the password, please contact Technical Support. You will receive a
new password from them.
You can find the address of Technical Support under "Technical Support" in the Chapter
"Introduction".
Requesting a new password
Please have the following information to hand when phoning or provide it in writing:
● MAC address of the device.
● You can find the MAC address under "SETTINGS > COMMUNICATION"
