If you already have a FLO TV account, you may activate and subscribe the Audiovox 7” Portable DVD Player with FLO TV™ device under the same account. 3. Make sure your device is powered on, in FLO TV coverage and on a subscribed channel (depending on your subscription). -

If your device isn’t playing the FLO TV service or displaying channel information within 10 minutes, try powering off/on. If it still doesn’t receive the FLO TV service, call FLO TV Customer Care at 888-99-FLOTV (888-993-5688). Security Due to security reasons, if you have not viewed the FLO TV service for over 60 days your service will be placed on “Hold”. -
