Display
The
lighted
display
will
remain
on
for
about 5 seconds
after
3-A Monitor
The
monitor
function activates
the speaker.
Use
this
function
when
received
signals are too
weak
to
recognize.
You
can use
the monitor
function
to
check
activity
on
the current
channel
before transmission.

Talk
If
you want
to talk
privately
during transmission,

unit
enters the
private
talk
mode. You can
transmit
by
holding the
unit
near your ear
like

telephone handset.
