Blood glucose measurement
Immediately after a blood drop is formed, (min. 0,5 ul), move the meter
so that the front edge of the test strip touches the blood drop (7).
Keep the meter with the tip of the test strip pointing downwards to
avoid blood getting inside the meter. Hold the test strip in place until the
test strip has filled and the display indicates that the measurement has
started by counting from 5 to 1. After this the measurement appears on
the screen. The result is comparable to the glucose concentration of
plasma and it is displayed in mmol/l format (8).

If launching the lancet has not caused a blood drop to form, you
NOTE!
can re-prime the lancing device by pulling the bottom cover down.
NOTE!
If the meter has turned itself off (2 min after the flashing of the
test strip with a drop), you can turn the meter back on by pressing the
30
on/off button. However make sure that you use fresh blood as a sample.
If you experience any issues with measuring, please see
NOTE!
"Troubleshooting".
